Wrote end-user tutorials and how-to guides from scratch and improved the documentation structure following the style guide. Learned and implemented Information Architecture, and classified content under chosen content buckets. I wrote sample code for tutorials to assist visual learners and created engineering diagrams with mermaid.js
Major League Hacking (July 2022-Feb 2023)
Assisting organizers and improving hacker experience in Major League Hacking’s member hackathons across the Asia-Pacific. Managing the execution of “Hosted By MLH” hackathons and delivering technical content on various topics such as Linux, Technical Writing, Web development, and Open source in workshops and live streams.
Data on Kubernetes (July 2021-Dec 2021)
Developed graphics, and illustrations and created and managed content for Twitter and DoK events. Onboarding new members to the community and helping them get started with community projects.
